This is a half-day course is designed to improve delegates understanding of the application of the Procurement Act 2023 and the supporting Procurement Regulations 2024.
Delegates will gain an understanding of the Procurement Objectives associated with the Procurement Act 2023 and how they translate into legislation and applying them in practice.
