The aim of the human rights due diligence is not only to prevent from adverse impacts on people but also to drive responsible corporate behaviour throughout global supply chains and businesses. This means, businesses play a key role as they are required to spot and mitigate any instances of unethical business practices such as child labour and worker exploitation in their activities. But, do they always know how to identify and assess the risks? In this webinar we cover how businesses should tackle risks by geographic context, sector and relationships throughout their own activities and supply chain.

Join our webinar, first aired in August, to learn about human rights due diligence legislation being introduced in Europe and how changes may impact procurement professionals globally. In this webinar, we will analyse the requirements of new, national legislation requirements in Norway and Germany as well as the wider European Union. In addition, we will also consider how changes might impact the recent reforms to public procurement.
