What does the new Carbon Management Module do?
The new Achilles Carbon Management Module is a set of questions that Achilles suppliers can complete to demonstrate their carbon management maturity and the steps they are taking to manage Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions.
The Module enables organisations to capture details of their GHG emissions and share that information with customers to help meet the increasing focus on emissions management and reduction across the supply chain and help make carbon management and emissions data sharing easier.
The Module enables companies to show they are aware of the importance of reducing GHG emissions, demonstrate their awareness by sharing plans and progress and, importantly, enable buying organisations to build visibility of their Scope 3 carbon footprint.

At any point, Carbon Management Module users can choose to upgrade to the Achilles Carbon Reduce (powered by Toitu) solution providing a formal and scientifically-based way to measure and reduce carbon emissions and the independently verified data required to comply with regulations and meet reporting and disclosure requirements. On average Carbon Reduce helps companies reduce their Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions by an average of 50% within 5-6 years.
