2. Complete questionnaire

On receipt of your application and payment you will be given access to the on-line questionnaire for completion. The questionnaire collects information regarding your business to enable members of the UVDB service to consider your business for potential or continued work. The type of information required is given below:

  • Financial & Legal
  • Quality
  • Health & Safety
  • Environmental
  • Professional & Technical
  • Insurance
  • Product & Service specific questions

Your business can demonstrate its capabilities by selecting one or more of the extensive industry product/service categories (product codes) available, that best match your area of business.

3. Submission & evaluation of questionnaire

Upon receipt of your completed questionnaire Achilles will perform various quality checks on the information provided. If there are any concerns these will be flagged and you will need to revisit the questionnaire. On passing the quality procedure the questionnaire details will be published to the live UVDB supplier management system. The data is then visible to all subscribing manufacturers.

4. Registration/Qualification on UVDB

Your questionnaire will be shown on the UVDB portal for all members of the service to have access to when sourcing and selecting suppliers against the product codes that you have registered or qualified for.  You are advised to regularly review your questionnaire and ensure that the information available to members is kept up-to-date. This will ensure your business doesn’t miss any relevant contract opportunities.
